この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Kenichi Ando（以下「開発者」）が提供するすべてのアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all applications ("the App") provided by Kenichi Ando ("the Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用をお控えいただき、速やかにアンインストールしてください。
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App and uninstall it immediately.

適用範囲と提供
Scope and Provision

本規約は、開発者が提供するiOS、Android、macOS等のすべてのアプリに適用されます。
These Terms apply to all iOS, Android, macOS, and other apps provided by the Developer.

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されるものであり、開発者は完全性・正確性・特定の目的への適合性についていかなる保証も行いません。
The App is provided "AS IS", and the Developer makes no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
02.
ライセンス
License
開発者はユーザーに対し、本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的目的で使用する限定的、非独占的、譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
03.
禁止事項と著作権
Prohibited Uses & Copyright
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public policy.

著作権法に違反する形で音楽・映像コンテンツを不正に複製・改変・再配布・販売する行為
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution, or sale of music/video content in violation of copyright laws.

開発者または第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Developer or any third party.

本アプリのリバースエンジニアリングその他の解析行為
Reverse engineering or decompiling the App.
本アプリのメディア再生・加工機能は、個人の練習や私的使用を目的としています。保護されたコンテンツの利用によって生じたトラブルについて、開発者は一切関与しません。
Media playback and processing features are intended for personal practice and private use. The Developer is not liable for any disputes arising from your use of copyrighted materials.

広告およびサブスクリプション
Ads & Subscriptions

無料版の本アプリには、Google AdMob等による広告が表示される場合があります。
Free versions of the App may display advertisements (e.g., via Google AdMob).

本アプリ内にてサブスクリプションが提供される場合、購入・更新・解約の管理はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じて行われます。
In-app subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

サブスクリプションは、各期間終了の24時間前までにストアの管理画面から解約しない限り自動更新されます。
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in the respective app store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.

免責事項と管轄裁判所
Disclaimer & Jurisdiction

開発者は、本アプリの利用によりユーザーに生じた直接的・間接的な損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用した場合、同意したものとみなされます。
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the changes.

本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とし、生じた紛争については名古屋地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court.
