Most of the questions I receive are answered in the FAQ below. Reading it first saves us both some time.
Frequently asked
I bought it but the features are still locked
Try Restore Purchase in the app's settings. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. If you bought with a different account, switch to it first and then restore.
I would like a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me. Please request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I remove the ads?
Apps with ads offer a one-time purchase. Buy it from the settings screen and the ads disappear, along with other features being unlocked. It is not a subscription.
What should I include in a bug report?
Which app, what you did, and what happened. Those three let me reproduce it, which is most of the work. Your device and iOS version help too.
Is there an Android version?
Most of the apps are for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Only a few have an Android version; search for "Kenichi Ando" on Google Play to see. Requests are welcome, but I cannot promise a port.
When will I get a reply?
It may take a few days. I develop and support everything alone. You will get an automatic confirmation email right after sending; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder.
